  • Oreos: This is Oreo popcorn, so don’t be shy on the amount of Oreos you use! I like to chop the delicious cookies to get a mix of Oreo crumbs and chunks. The crumbs will stick to the popcorn, while the chunks will give a delicious crunch. Be sure to use gluten-free Oreos if you want this recipe to be gluten-free.
  • White chocolate chips: White chocolate chips add great flavor and help the Oreos stick to the popcorn. You could also add semi-sweet chocolate drizzle or melted white almond bark, if you prefer.
  • Popcorn: I highly recommend using popcorn kernels rather than microwave popcorn for all of my popcorn recipes. I’m using white corn kernels, but feel free to use any kind of dried popcorn that you like. White corn just makes for brighter white Oreo popcorn!
  • Salt: Salt helps balance out the sweetness of the white chocolate and Oreos. I like to use kosher salt, but sea salt will also work for this Oreo popcorn.
