Used to be a regular here since they opened up a few years ago.. went in today for a refill and gel pedicure but the quality of service has gone down drastically! Got my pedicure done (perfect service). Next was a refill with acrylic & gel polish. Hai did my nails and he cut my cuticles on EVERY finger and made me bleed! My fingers are literally throbbing because he used an e-file to clean my cuticles! The nails are different shapes & the polish wasn’t a smooth application as they have bumps. They’re too invested in the money and not the quality of the service that they provide.. ALSO, they charge amounts that make no sense! I needed one nail repaired (menu states $3+, I had no design nor special shape). Price of a gel pedicure is $40, a refill with gel is $30. That’s $70, plus a nail repair $75. Why was I charged $80? I paid $81, 2 weeks ago for a full set WITH designs & a gel pedicure. Prices at this place make no sense! Definitely won’t be returning anymore.. Absolutely don’t mind paying for a QUALITY service!! Take your business elsewhere! & if you plan on booking an appointment, it isn’t worth your time because they always OVER BOOK.

Walk-Ins welcome, the wait was about 20-25 minutes. I went for a gel manicure, didn’t really get a full one. The lady (who seemed to be the owner) proceeded with what looked like a used cuticle cutter, I was busy watching a video so I can say either way. In any case, she barely touch my cuticles. Instead, she used the electric nail filer to brush off extra skin. She then asked me for the color, and while I gave her my he color #, she didn’t verify whether I was ok with that color or not. She kept working without making any verbal or eye contact with me. I assume that’s her personality, as she was abrupt the entire time.

I have been visiting them for a couple months now, Julie is great. However, she was busy when I walked in and was put with with the older man to do my nails. He continuously commented and tried to make me change my picked nail color. On top of that, I asked him to do the same shape I already had (almond) he left me with pointy cat claws that weren’t even even and then he cut my cuticles and left me bleeding and with skin all over the place. Also did not correctly apply my nail polish, was not smooth, in fact, left me with hills practically on my nails. If you visit, they are not bad overall but don’t let the older man do your nails.

Need some improvements!!!I got my acrylic nails done here. The outcome is mighty awesome and I so much recommend this place if you want beautifully designed nails what you desire for . But my rating would be 5/10 for the unpleasant experience I had during the process.A middle aged woman did it for me and I can’t complain of her effort she put in to make each and every step flawless. But I had to tolerate lots of discomfort in the process of getting the nails perfect before paint and polish step . Came for a my appointment at 5:30pm and waited 55 minutes so I got up and left. The lady took in another lady that came in after me. I would always come here but it was the last day. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Plus she charged me $75 for refill gel nail when i asked her on The phone she said $40! I asked her why $75 she said you did two nails design and you have two nails broken she charge me +$35 !

From the pictures can you believe I got them done not even a week ago. They are thick. I have been getting my nails done since HS I have never charge to shape the nails. I was charge $60 for my nails. $35 for a gel refill even tho on their website says $30, $5 for shaping the nails, $5 for long nails, $15 for design. My pedi was messed up because it wasn’t dried yet and made me put my shoes on. The nail tech was supper nice and she takes her time with getting the design. I know we need to help support small businesses. But we are getting charge for everything little thing. I am a single disabled mom of 5. I take myself out and get my nails done to help release stress because it’s something I like doing. I am not made of money. I normally can wait 3wks b4 getting them done again. But now I have to get it done to fix the problem. I am now even more stress.
