Theme songs are one of the best things about wrestling. The music that announces the arrival of a hated heel or a beloved babyface often comes to be synonymous with their characters. Themes help build the perception of the wrestlers we see inside the ring, and some of them have absolutely amazing songs to come out to.

Many theme songs are considered good because they complement the character of a wrestler perfectly, but some theme songs are just fanastic tunes. This list looks at a mix of both to determine the best entrances wrestling fans have had a chance to see in 2021.
10 Jeff Hardy

Few wrestlers can have the unbreakable bond with fans that Jeff Hardy has. Despite the ups and downs of his career, he has had a passionate fanbase that have kept him incredibly popular. That popularity was proven after the fans lobbied for long enough to get Hardy his iconic 'No More Words' theme song back.

No More Words returned to wrestling in July 2021 when crowds were allowed back into arenas. While Hardy's in-ring continuity has dipped with age, creative, and his personal struggles, there is no denying that this song and its entrance are still one of the best in the industry.
9 Kenny Omega
This may be unpopular, but Kenny Omega's 'Battle Cry' theme song is one of the most underrated entrances in wrestling today. While it was admonished for not living up to the standards of his NJPW theme 'Devil's Sky', his AEW theme has a lot of amazing qualities that are often overlooked.
The song took a while to grow most people, but Omega's entrance prior to his match against 'Hangman' Adam Page made a lot of people realize what a wonderful track Battle Cry is. It takes you through the moment with incredible immersion and is possibly one of the best 'big-match' themes in wrestling.
8 Adam Cole
The one thing WWE perfected with Adam Cole was his entrance. However, AEW isn't far behind and both of Cole's theme songs could be on this list. We are going with his new AEW theme 'All About Da Boom'.
The song captures the gimmick with which Cole is mostly known to the mainstream audience, but also is incredibly different from his NXT song. This rap rock rendition effortlessly replicates Cole's iconic boom and makes it more fleshed out with a rap rock track that flew up streaming charts when it was released.
7 Minoru Suzuki
Minoru Suzuki's entrance theme is so bizarre it is almost perfect. While wrestling fans associate this song with Suzuki, it is a far departure from the character he portrays inside the ring. The quiet brute entering the arena to such an expressive ballad is odd, but that is what makes it so good.
The song is objectively beautiful and weirdly fits with Suzuki, as a moment of euphoria before things get incredibly dark with the violence that accompanies any Minoru Suzuki match. Kaze Ni Nare, always.
6 Finn Balor
Some themes are perfect from day one, and it would be a shame not to recognize them because we are bored of them. Finn Balor's WWE theme is a prime example. While Balor's star has dimmed over the years, his iconic 'Catch Your Breath' theme song is just as engaging as ever.
This operatic doom-and-gloom track invites fan engagement and perfectly complements the aesthetic of Balor, demon or no demon. The song stands on its own as fantastic, but the entire entrance with Balor's involvement with the fans puts it over the top.
5 Shinsuke Nakamura
How can we not talk about the theme song that everyone unanimously declared one of the greatest ever when it debuted in 2016? Shinsuke Nakamura's 'The Rising Sun' theme will always be cherished and remembered as one of the best songs the WWE has given a wrestler, but a 2021 update has made it stand out even further.
Rick Boogs' addition on the song as a guitarist may not make the song itself much better, but has made the entrance experience even more engaging and the distorted tones of the guitar, along with Nakamura's heel version of the song have allowed it to stay fresh almost 6 years after its release.
4 Roman Reigns
Acknowledge the Head of the Table and his stellar entrance music. Roman Reigns' heel turn would have never been completed until he dropped his bootleg Shield theme music. However, the second he did so for his current theme song, it was an entirely new vibe.
The song demands your attention but isn't overly loud. However, it does have an anthemic feel to it which can create amazing big-match entrances. Reigns cracked the code to be a generational superstar, and he nailed his entrance theme with his character reboot.
3 Chris Jericho
The greatest song Fozzy ever created had to feature on this list. While that isn't a high bar, Chris Jericho and his band hit the nail right on the head with this song. Jericho leaving WWE made this a default choice for his next entrance, and it has become entrenched in wrestling now.

After an entire PPV match was built around the fact your entrance music is banned, it is evident that this song is extremely memorable for the entire wrestling fanbase. As a result, it has to feature on this list. Speaking of memorable theme songs...
2 CM Punk
2021 saw CM Punk make a return nearly 8-years in the making for All Elite Wrestling. While it was incredible to see one of the greatest wrestling talents of the 21st century return to the ring, it was also extremely gratifying to hear 'Cult of Personality' wailing from the arena speakers again.
This song is as fitting for a wrestling character as it can get. This song is Punk embodied, which is why it always follows him around. Even Punk's UFC walkout music was this song. He seems to never get bored of it, and neither do the fans.
1 Edge
Speaking of evergreen wrestling entrances, we could not leave out perhaps one of the greatest entrance songs of all time. 'Metalingus' by Alter Bridge has been the soundtrack to Edge's career since the early 2000s, and has been the song to carry him through the biggest heights of wrestling.
The song's opening of 'you think you know me' before the iconic voice of Myles Kennedy tells us how on this day, he sees clearly is haunting for every wrestling fan. The song has aged like Edge, and appreciating his late career with the haunting lyrics of the song is a small joy that everyone should be able to enjoy.
